The staff was very helpful, and the internet connection was excellent. The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child, very quiet, and overall comfortable. There are free parking spaces available near the hotel, as well as paid parking in the garage (around €10 per day). You can also buy bus tickets directly from the reception, which is convenient if you plan to use public transport.

We upgraded to the Junior Suite, and it was the best decision! The room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and everything felt brand new. The layout and furniture made it easy to move around. The amenities were excellent, including a bathrobe and slippers. There was plenty of parking space, and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. We even extended our stay and ended up spending four nights at the hotel. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10 is because the economy room we had on the first night was below our expectations.

A bright, spacious stay with amazing breakfast and lovely staff! The room was bigger than expected – bright, clean, and comfortable. Reception and housekeeping staff were genuinely lovely: friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The location was spot on for us – around a 30-minute walk to the Old Town, which felt like the perfect stroll after indulging in all the delicious Italian food 💚 Speaking of food.. the hotel breakfast was fantastic! A wide selection to suit all tastes and the coffee was absolutely exceptional. Would happily stay here again!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, with parking spaces (paid and unpaid). The service was on a high level, everyone was kind and helpful, spoke English well. Communication through Booking was complete and detailed. It was quiet at night, the air conditioning worked well, which is important if you are staying in the middle of summer. There is a small restaurant and bar in the lobby, and you can sit with a drink in an open garden at the back. Breakfast was ok, there was food and drinks for every taste. The price we rented the room for was very good. We stayed with our dog (a small one-time fee is paid) and when we arrived there was a bag of cookies for her, which was a sweet gesture. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Breakfast was diverse, but missed as many vegetarian protein options. Chick peas and cheese were included. Location was great: away from biggest tourist masses, bus stop to Lake Garda and nice 30 minute walk to centre. Room was big with a big bed. There was some wearing but it did not bother at all. The rooms were clean. Staff were really nice and very good at English.

I stayed in a triple room which was a great size. Lots of space. The hotel was on a bus route into Verona, to and from the train station and to and from lake garda which was very useful. Staff at the front desk were helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods on offer. Lidl supermarket was within walking distance and there was an excellent pub across the road with great vibes and good food.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. It's a beautifully decorated hotel! The staff were very friendly at reception. My family has organised a surprise bottle of prosecco for my birthday, which the hotel put into an ice bucket with some snacks next to it, very well presented. The location is about 30 min walk into Verona centre and train station but there are plenty of bus routes to take you to where you need to go if you didn't fancy the walk.

The room was lovely, once we'd been moved. We had a much older room with a shower over the bath when we first arrived but I asked if we could be moved to a room with a walk in shower as that's what I'd seen online. The lady on reception quickly changed our room for us without any hassle. We had to pay an extra €5 per person per night but it was well worth it for the better room and a walk in shower. Nice breakfast and attentive staff.
